MEET THE 2026 BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Julie Leger

President / Competitions Committee Chair

Julie has been involved with DNB as a competitor and volunteer for over 15 years. She wanted to get more involved, so she joined the board back in 2019 and plans to stay on the board for many more years to come to help promote the sport. While being competitive for many years at DNB shows with her horse Davinci, she has decided to take a step back from competing but hopes to eventually get back in the show ring in the future.

Jodi Milligan

Vice President

Jodi's passion for horses started at a young age when she would spend hours trail riding with friends, eventually working and riding with many different breeds and disciplines. From Thoroughbred and QH racehorses to barrel racing, jumping and some dressage. After a long hiatus from both horses and the show ring, she made the decision to return to the horses and the sport she loves. Over the last couple years, Jodi has enjoyed riding and learning more about dressage and decided to join the DNB board of directors in late 2024 to be more involved.

Leanne LeBlanc

Communications Director / Special Events

Leanne is excited to return for her second year as a board member of Dressage New Brunswick. She has been riding for 10 years and competing at Dressage NB shows since 2021. Showing has always been a highlight for her, the positive, welcoming atmosphere and shared love of the sport are what she values most about competing. Leanne is looking forward to being part of another fun and successful season with Dressage NB.

Janelle Sullivan

Treasurer

Janelle recently joined the board to become more involved with the equestrian community. After taking time off while her horse recovered from surgery, she is excited to hopefully return to the show ring.

Lesley Ahman

Membership

Lesley has been involved with horses most of her life. An EC-certified coach for 25 years, she is dedicated to guiding others in their equestrian endeavors. A familiar sight in the DNB show ring, Lesley and her current horse Kamil Jahuar (Missy) have successfully competed at training through to FEI levels. Although recently retired from competition, this pair continues to explore their passion for the sport from the comfort of home.

Allison Stewart

NBEA representative

Allison has recently returned to the board after some time away from horse shows. Allison has been involved with horses for over 40 years competing in several disciplines (both English and western). She looks forward to having an active role in the continued growth of DNB. Fitelberg (Jerzy) made his debut in 2024 and they are looking forward to future competitions.

Roxanne Saulnier

Director at Large/Sponsorships

Roxanne is returning to the board after some years away. She has been involved with horses for over 25 years and has competed in both hunter and dressage. Roxanne is currently focused on improving her skills as a rider to help her mare SM Fallyn move up the levels. She is excited and looking forward to the 2026 show season!

Sonya Logan

Secretary

My love of horses started when I was 8 years old when we had horses in the back yard. My mother couldn't keep me out of the stable. I have taken lessons from various instructors over the years. Although I have never competed, I have always enjoyed going to horse shows. My involvement with DNB started by volunteering at the shows and now I've joined the board.
