DNB Lapel Pin Application Form

To be eligible for this award, riders must be current DNB members. This award recognizes achievements of riders competing in gold shows. Scores can be accumulated from 2008 onward. Each lapel pin can only be received once per rider.

Award Level Requirements

Bronze Lapel Pin

• Total of 12 qualifying scores required
• 4 scores from Training Level at 63% or higher
• 4 scores from First Level at 63% or higher
• 4 scores from Second Level at 63% or higher
• Each level must include scores from at least 3 different competitions

Silver Lapel Pin

• Total of 12 qualifying scores required
• 4 scores from Third Level at 60% or higher
• 4 scores from Fourth Level at 60% or higher
• 4 scores from Prix St. George at 60% or higher
• Each level must include scores from at least 2 different competitions

Gold Lapel Pin

• Total of 8 qualifying scores required
• 4 scores from Intermediate at 60% or higher
• 4 scores from Grand Prix at 60% or higher
• Each level must include scores from at least 2 different competitions

All scores must be verified with supporting documentation including photocopied or scanned test sheets or EC scores listings.
